Comforts of Home Vet Care, PC offers house-call veterinary services for cats and dogs living throughout the Birmingham area. Please note that we only provide house-call services for routine wellness and preventative care! We provide preventive care for your pet in the form of vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and internal parasite control. No surgeries, dentals, or any procedures that require sedation are done through our house-call clinic. The easiest way to book an appointment is to call Dr. Walker directly at (205) 907-4000. We can work together to find the time that is best for you and your pets. Please note that there is a $95 house call fee in addition to the cost of vaccinations or other services your pet receives. This fee covers all pets in your home.

• Routine treatments in animals that do not need hospitalization

In cases of serious disease or illness, please call Dr. Walker at (205) 907-4000 so that he can advise you on the best treatment options for your pet. Please note that we cannot provide emergency care or after-hours calls, euthanasia, surgeries, dentals, or X-ray diagnostics due to the limitations of the equipment that we keep on hand.

Dr. Allen Borden and Dr. Nicki Williams can provide the services your pet may need that we may not be able to provide. You are in no way required to use this clinic if we cannot provide the services your pet needs, but this would be the clinic that we would refer you and your pet to.
